bulletproof mochaccino


I adapted a recipe from the Brain Warrior’s Way Cookbook to create this slightly sweeter and heartier version of bulletproof coffee.  

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp organic instant coffee - Anthony's is the best organic instant coffee, buy it online here
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp grass fed butter (this is not dairy free, obviously)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to bullet blender. 
  2. Blend on high speed for a minute until very well blended and creamy.
