overcoming anxiety (part 2)

Exercise. We do not need to insult your intelligence by telling you that exercise is good for you. Yes, exercise is not only good for you—our bodies are designed to exercise, you NEED to exercise. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣Exercise should be as much apart of your daily routine as brushing your teeth. It should not be an option unless you are physically sick and unable to move, sometimes we do need to rest-but most of the time, we use tiredness and busyness as an excuse not to exercise. ⁣⁣

According to Dr. Caroline Leaf, it takes 63 days to truly build a habit. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣Join a gym, an adult league or join a program where you’re held accountable-there are a llott if great programs online ➡️ (check out @jaclynfierro , @bretcontreras1 , @briandecosta to name a few on IG) ⁣⁣

Plug in your headphones, turn on your favorite podcast or some positive music, no it doesn’t have to be Jesus music, but don’t listen to music that makes you feel weak and depressed. ⁣⁣

Anyways, the point is that if you want to be free from anxiety, you need to do your part, get off your booty and MOVE! ⁣⁣

⬆️This is in all caps because we promise you will feel better in your mind, body, spirit. Every facet of your life will improve HUGELY when you start to make exercise apart of your daily routine. ⁣⁣

If you need extra accountability, join the Daniel Fast for the next 40 days where we will be focusing on the coming of Christ, taking care of our minds and bodies. ⁣⁣
